Visa launches Visa+ to allow instant peer-to-peer payments across different payment platforms

Visa has announced the launch of a new payment service called Visa+. This service allows users to send instant payments to other users on different payment platforms. 

Currently, the service is available to select Venmo and PayPal users and is expected to become more widely available in 2024. These users can send funds to anyone with a Visa+ Payname.
