Filing a formal complaint with OANDA

OANDA customers still facing issues receiving their welcome bonus payout can file a formal complaint with OANDA by emailing them at complaintsus@oanda.com.

OANDA encourages customers to reach out to them at this email address to allow them to chance to provide a resolution before customers lodge complaints with the NFA (National Futures Association) and/or (CFTC) Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
