How to reach Discover Credit Scorecard customer service

If you have questions about Discover’s Credit Scorecard, you can call Discover at 800-347-7996 and ask to speak with a member of their FICO team. However, Discover’s only able to provide very general information, which includes an overview of how the service works.

Discover’s FICO team can also provide a very basic explanation of the five FICO scoring factors that make up your FICO Score. But, this same information can be located on your Credit Scorecard.

For questions about your actual TransUnion credit report, you would need to contact TransUnion directly since Discover is unable to answer questions about your credit report. You can call TransUnion at 800-888-4213 or contact them through their site at https://www.transunion.com/credit-report.

If you disagree with the information located in your TransUnion credit report, you can file a dispute directly with TransUnion on the phone, by mail, or online.
